Community imp!act - in collaboration with the Constellation
community imp!act: is a 3 days workshop where communities identify their common challenges, brainstorm solution ideas, put them into concrete action plans and test them right away.
We believe progress happens when people connect, share their aspirations, own their challenge, and take action out of their strengths.
Refugees/immigrants face several challenges: integration to the Swiss society and culture, understanding the system in Switzerland, integrating to the swiss job market, learning the local language, to mention some.
That is why, we are committed in supporting refugee/immigrant communities in Zürich to think and act for and by themselves. Communities have the capacity to respond when they own the issue they struggle with. That capacity remains to be revealed and nurtured. Thus, we seek to accompany the refugee/immigrant communities as they go on the path to ownership of their challenges and act on them.
The first cycle of Community imp!act will be organised by and for Sudanese and Ethiopian communities in Zürich. In order to be able to organise community imp!act, four(4) selected members of each of these two communities went through the Constellation’s COMMUNITY LIFE COMPETENCE PROCESS (CLCP) and euforia’s (R)EVOLUTION LAB training.

community imp!act( ኮሚኒቲ ኢምፓክት) -ከ Constellation ጋር በመተባበር የተዘጋጀ
community imp!act/(ኮሚኒቲ ኢምፓክት) ለ3 ተከታታይ ቀናት የሚቆይ ወርክሾፕ/workshop ነው። ወርክሾፑ የኢትዮጵያ ማህበረሰብ አባላት የጋራ ችግሮችቻውን እንዲለዩ፣ የመፍትሄ ሀሳብ እንዲያመነጩ፣ወደ ጠንካራ የፕሮጀት ትግበራ እቅድ እንዲለውጡዋቸውና በፍጥነት እንዲሞክሯቸው ያስችላል።
ሰዎች ሲቀራረቡ፣ ሀሳብ ሲለዋወጡ፣ የጋራ ህልም ሲሰንቁ፣ በጠንካራ ጎናቸው ላይ ተመስርተው እርምጃ ሲወዱ ፣ እንዲሁም ተግዳሮቶቻቸውን በባለቤትነት ስሜት ሲያስተናግዱ እድገትና ለውጥ ማምጣት እንደሚችሉ እሙን ነው።
ስደተኞች የተለያዩ ፈተናዎች ተጋርጠውባቸዋል፤ በስዊዝ ማህበረሰብ በፍጥነት መካተት አለመቻል፣ የስዊዝን ባህልና ስርዓትን አለመረዳ፣ በስራ ገበያ ውስጥ ፈጥኖ ለመግባት መቸገር ፣የአካባቢውን ቋንቋ መማርና የመሳሰሉ አዳጋች ጉዳዮች አሉባቸው።
ለዛም ነው በዙሪክና ዙሪያዋ የሚገኙ ስደተኛ ማህበራትን በራሳቸው ግብዓት ራሳቸውን ለማገዝ ቆርጠን የተነሳነው። ማህበራት የገጠሟቸውን ችግሮች የኛው ተግዳሮት ነው ብለው በባለቤትነት ስሜት ካስተናገዱዋቸው፤ ለችግሮቻቸው ፈጣን ምላሽ የመስጠት ብቃት ይኖራቸዋል። ያ ብቃት መለየትና መጎልበት ይኖርበታል። ስለዚህም የስደተኛ ማህበራት በራሳቸው መንገድ ተጉዘው የችግሮቻቸው ባለቤት በመሆን ተመጣጣኝ ምላሽ እንዲሰጡ ጉዟቸውን እውን ማድረግና ማገዝ ያስፈልጋል። የዚህ ዕድል ተጠቃሚ ይሆኑ ዘንድ በዙሪክና አጎራባች ካንቶኖች የሚኖሩ የኢትዮጲያ ማህበረሰብ አባላት ተመርጠዋል።
ይህ ዕቅድ እውን ይሆን ዘንድ 4(አራት) የኢትዮጲያ ማህበረሰብ አባላት EUFORIA( በኢፎርያ) የሚዘጋጅ (R)EVOLUTION LAB(ሪቮሉሽን ላብ) እና THE CONSTELLATION( በኮንስተለሽን) የሚዘጋጅ COMMUNITY LIFE COMPETENCE PROCESS(ኮሚኒቴ ላይፍ ኮምፒተንስ ፕሮሰስ) የተሰኙ ስልጠናዎችን ተሳትፈዋል።
ለምን መሳተፍ አስፈለገዎ? አምስት(5) ምክንያቶች
1. የራስዎትን እና የማህበረሰብዎትን እምቅ አቅም ያውቁበታል።
2. በራስዎ እንዲሁም በማህበረሰብዎ ጠንካራ ጎን ላይ ተመስርተው ወደተግባር መንቀሳቀስን ይማሩበታል።
3. የራስዎን ወይም የማህበረሰብ ፕሮጀክት ማዋቀር እንዴት እነደሚችሉ በተግባር ይማራሉ።
4. በተለያዩ የሞያ መስኮች ከተሰማሩ ባለሙያዎች ጋር አብሮ መሥራት እና ጠቃሚ ተሞክሮዎችን መሰብሰብ እንዴት እንደሚቻል በተግባር ያያሉ።
5. የቡድን ሥራ(Team Work)፣ የፕሮጀክት አወቃቀር(Project Development)፣ እንዲሁም ግንኙነት(Communication) ችሎታ ያዳብራሉ።

ለመሳተፍ የሚከፈል ክፍያ፥
ምንም መክፈል አይጠበቅበዎትም ነገር ግን በተመዘግበው ሰው ልክ ምግብና የፅሁፍ መሳሪያዎች መግዛትና ማዘጋጀት ስለሚኖርብን አንድ ሰው ተመዝግቦ በቦታው ባይገኝ ላላስፈላጊ ወጪ ሲለሚዳርገን፣ ያንን ለመከላከል ሲባል ተመዝጋቢዎች የ 40.00 CHF ተቀማጭ ገንዘብ እንዲያስይዙ ይደረጋል። ተቀማጭ ገንዘቡ ዎርክሾፑን በሚገባ ተከታትለው ሲጨርሱ ተመላሽ ይሆንልዎታል። ተቀማጭ ገንዘቡን የሚከፍሉበት ጊዜ በሚተዉልን የስልክ ወይም የኢሜይል አድራሻ እንገልጽልዎታለን።
