About the topic: Dragon Dreaming
Dragon Dreaming is a systemic design process, a philsosophy and a methodogical framwork for the realisation of collaborative and sustainable projects, organisations and platforms, built upon three principles:
- personal growth – commitment to your own healing and empowerment
- community building – strengthening the communities of which you are a part
- service to the Earth – enhancing the wellbeing and flourishing of all life
Dragon Dreaming facilitates diversity, creativity and vitality, not only for ourselves and the team but rather for the whole world.
With applying principles of Dragon Dreaming we may discover new sides to ourselves and deepen our relationship with life. At the same time the method helps strengthening community, building and sustain teams based on trust and cooperation, in which communication and appreciation are especially valued.

Haile is an active euforia member, one of the participants of The Unleash Project, inclusion expert and, most importantly, a dear friend of us. He's passionate about Dragon Dreaming and will introduce us to this inspiring method.
What is a Share & Grow night?
The Share & Grow night is an event that creates a space for people in our community to share and exchange some of their inspiration with others. It's a great opportunity to (re-)connect with the euforia community on a social level, and to give people who do not know about euforia an experience of what euforia is all about!
