We’re thrilled to invite you to the Transformative Leadership Bootcamp in Geneva, Switzerland from the 2-8 of February 2020. In this 5-days program, 25 people from different countries, with different professional, cultural and social backgrounds, will come together to explore new ways to unleash their transformative leader’s potential.

The program:
Hosted by euforia, a Swiss organisation, the programme is held in collaboration with facilitators from Recrear from Spain, Mus-e Kosova from Kosovo, Razlivaliste from Serbia and CommAgain from Israel.
Together we’ll dive into many methodologies, experiences and tools to explore our own leadership potential. We will strive to reach the following learning objectives:
We explore and exchange about new leadership approaches which they can apply in their own local context.
We feel empowered to raise their impact potential through new ideas, perspectives and/or solutions to inspire other people in their community.
We discover and/or develop their facilitation practice by being a co-creator during the bootcamp together with the rest of the group.
We enhance their network as well as build and reinforce relationships with other changemakers.
We experience a transformative, participative, inspiring and fun learning journey.
Application:
You are between 18 and 35 years.
You have a strong desire to make a change in your community or local environment.
You have a good level of English.
You live in Swizterland
You are willing to develop your leadership and facilitation skills.
Experience in facilitation, project management, youth engagement is welcome but not a requirement.
The selection is mainly based on a strong motivation to make a change at a local level. We expect the participants to be present during the entire retreat.

Costs:
Thanks to the support of Movetia Foundation we offer full grants to the selected participants (transport, accommodation and food during the entire week).
