Our partners from Recipes for Wellbeing are hosting a series of webinars to help you cultivate wholeness.
These weeks are tough and uncertain for millions of people all around the world. In this volatile situation, it is essential to follow the guidelines by official institutions such as the WHO and your national healthcare organisation, but it is also important to look after our wellbeing, as well as the wellbeing of our families and friends. And since many of us are far away from our loved ones, we need to seek out alternative ways to support each other.
How? As Recipes for Wellbeing we have been working hard to help you look after yourself. First and foremost, our blog post “Wellbeing in the time of COVID-19” (also available in Italian, Mandarin, German, French, and Spanish) shares a curated selection of wellbeing recipes to boost your psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. But we have stopped there. Since three weeks ago, we started facilitating online webinars and huddles on various wellbeing topics. We started in Italian and now we are planning a few in English and French too!
