Nicoletta, aka „Nico“, is our bundle of energy and positivity, and anybody who knows her knows that her brilliant laugh can light up a room in a second! But don’t be fooled: behind her joyful cheerfulness, Nico impresses with her professionalism and knowledge. She worked as an eval-ninja with a perfect mix of rigour and out-of-the box thinking and took on the hard task of revolutionizing euforia's precious impact evaluation system to make it „sexier“! Having worked in different countries with multilateral agencies, governments and non-profit organizations, Nico's personal mission is to build bridges: getting people together and making them collaborate to rise to their full potential.

For me, freedom is based on responsibility. That’s what I learned when I started to change my perspective on the world. Here is my personal truth: There are not many things out there that influence my choices, my feelings, my options. It is all a matter of how I choose to see them, how I deal with them. Whenever I take responsibility of that kind, at the same time I encounter freedom for my life. So whenever I feel overwhelmed by outside pressures, I choose to press the pause button and reflect with curiosity about my inner parts: “Interesting, what makes it that resonates so much with these outer influences when others just do nothing to me?” To spark this curiosity is the starting point of my work, be it for purpose discovery, radical collaboration, leadership development and team building. And when nothing at all helps me to ease, I immerse myself in nature and instantly I feel connected again.

Arne is a collaboration and transformation enthusiast based in Berlin. As an independent agile coach and facilitator, he works with organizations that define success according to a triple bottom line: putting human beings and their needs at the center, taking ownership for the future of our planet, and generating sustainable profits to pursue a meaningful cause. Thanks to his broad experience in startups, consultancies, and corporates, Arne’s superpower is to change perspectives and help very diverse groups of people decide on a shared course of action. He loves going on long walks and hikes with his wife and dog. Arne is very excited about 2021, as he will do at least two things for the first time this year: road cycling and being a dad.

Originally from a sumptuous little Italian town by the sea, Alessia enjoys traveling, exploring new landscapes and discovering new cultures. While studying international relations at the University of Geneva, Alessia envisioned to have a positive impact on society by creating a new movement. This is how she embarked on an adventure that changed the course of her life, this beautiful project is called euforia which she co-founded in 2008. Beside Alessia knowing everything there is to know about euforia, we are super lucky to have her astonishing skills in facilitation and program design in the team. This competence is key in her work in organisational change with organisations such as UNITAR, the State of Geneva, Hospice Général, and many more. We admire her for her perpetual quest of new challenges that make her grow and that allows organisations and individuals to work and flourish together.

A few years ago Malika decided to come back from Mexico to join the euforia adventure. From there she brought back some funky latino dance moves. She also brought back her valuable partnership skills that she developed in Mexico working in the social entrepreneurial field, allowing euforia to grow through amazing collaborations. Malika is known and loved for her smile and her authentic kindness but watch out she is also fearless and her creative brain has no boundaries! She always comes up with new ambitious and meaningful project ideas and is not afraid to implement them on a big scale. With all her energy she is involved in our youth programs, corporate trainings, inclusion partnerships, budget management, and fundraising projects!
