The Unleash Project befähigt Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen zusammen zu kommen, um sich auf Augenhöhe auszutauschen und andere Perspektiven kennenzulernen. Dabei werden neue Methoden entdeckt, um Veränderungen im eigenen Umfeld voranzutreiben und die Welt nachhaltiger mitzugestalten.
Das Wochenende basiert auf den drei folgenden Achsen:
COMPETENCE - Potenzialentfaltung auf persönlicher Ebene
Während dem Wochenende erforschen die Teilnehmenden ihre Vision und Werte, um ihre Leadership-Qualitäten und ihr Veränderungspotenzial zu erkennen und im eigenen Umfeld einzusetzen. Zusätzlich zum euforia Team wird Elise Dorsett, Life Coach und Tango Tänzerin, als Facilitator dabei sein. Sie wird uns durch praktische Übungen helfen, unsere Vision zu finden und unsere Antriebskraft zu stärken.
COLLABORATION - Potenzialentfaltung in Beziehung mit anderen
Wir werden auf der Gruppenebene arbeiten und bereichernde zwischenmenschliche Verbindungen erfahren. Anhand verschiedener Modelle werden wir Team-Dynamiken mit einem Fokus auf Kommunikation und unsere eigenen Rollen erforschen, unter anderem mit Konzepten aus Play for Peace und FIRO. Dabei wird uns Anna Struth, Radical Collaboration© Trainerin und Human Element Practitioner, begleiten.
CONNECTION - Dank neuen Arbeitsweisen zum gesellschaftlichen Wandel
Wir lernen Methoden aus Radical Collaboration© und Systems Thinking kennen und werden uns mit neuen Arbeitsweisen und -kulturen für Gemeinschaften und Organisationen beschäftigen. Zentral wird das Thema Verbundenheit als Mittel für mehr Wohlbefinden und positiven impact in unseren organisationalen und gesellschaftlichen Systemen sein.

The Unleash Project provides a space for people with different social and professional backgrounds to connect at eye level and exchange perspectives. We explore new ways of creating change in our own life and around us to contribute to building a more sustainable world.
This year, the weekend will focus on three axes:
COMPETENCE - Unleash your potential at a personal level
During the weekend, participants explore their values and vision to unfold their leadership skills and their change potential. In addition to the euforia team, Elise Dorsett, Life coach und tango dancer, will help us through practical exercises to find our vision and strengthen our inner driving force.
COLLABORATION - Deepen your collaboration and communication skills
In a second phase, the workshop will focus on teamwork and enriching human relationships. With the help of different models, we will explore team dynamics with an emphasis on communication and our roles and expectations, among others based on the concepts of Play for Peace and FIRO. Anna Struth, Radical Collaboration© trainer and Human Element Practitioner, will help us towards real and efficient collaboration.
CONNECTION - Create societal change through new ways of working
Finally, we will experience methods inspired by Radical Collaboration© and Systems Thinking and discover new cultures and ways of working for communities and organisations. We will particularly focus on connection as a way to achieve more wellbeing and impact in our organisational and societal systems.
